Ownership, hosting & the fine print
- Your domain is yours. It is registered in your name and stays yours. Domain registration and other third-party fees are paid directly by you and are not part of our price.
- Your site is yours. After your invoice is paid, you own your site design, text and files.
- Hosting. The first 12 months of hosting are included. The cost and terms of hosting after that are confirmed with you in writing before your first payment. You can also take your files and move your site.
- Editing. The standard website packages do not include a visual editor. You can request changes from us or have another developer update the site files. If you need to edit content yourself, we’ll quote that setup separately.
- Revisions. One round is one list of changes, within the agreed scope, sent together. You get 2 rounds on the $299 and $599 plans and 1 round on the $179 launch offer. Extra rounds are $19 each. Extra basic content pages are $75 each. New features or a full redesign are quoted before we start.
- Honest promises. No one can guarantee Google rankings or 100% uptime, so we don't.

What is free, and what do I pay for?
The homepage concept is free on every plan, including the $179 launch offer. It is one homepage design in one direction, not the full site, several design options, feature work or repeated changes. If you like it, you approve the scope and pay the one-time project fee ($179, $299 or $599). Then we build the full site. If you don't like the concept, you owe nothing.
How long does a new website take?
Your first draft is usually ready about 3 business days after you approve the concept, pay, and send us your details and photos. Then you get 2 rounds of revisions before launch.
Can I update the website myself?
The standard website packages do not include a visual editor. You can request changes from us or have another developer update the site files. If you need to edit content yourself, we’ll quote that setup separately.

Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name. Once your invoice is paid, the design, text and site files we made for you are yours. If you leave, we send you the files at no charge.
What happens after the first year of hosting?
The first 12 months are included. The cost and terms of hosting after that are confirmed with you in writing before your first payment. You can renew with us or take your files and move your site to another host.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, services, service area, hours, logo if you have one, and a few photos. We can help with the writing.
Can you guarantee I'll rank #1 on Google?
No one honestly can. We set up the basics that help Google understand your business.
Do you use AI?
Yes. We use AI tools during planning and development. Our team reviews the design, checks the site’s functionality, and handles communication and delivery. The chat assistant on this site is an AI and says so.
How do I pay?
No deposit for the free concept, on any plan. When you approve it, you get a secure online invoice in U.S. dollars. Full development starts after payment.
